Refund Policy

Overview
All purchases of OfferCasting access are processed through Whop.com. This Refund Policy governs refund requests for access to the Platform.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the Platform for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, open a support ticket through your Whop membership dashboard within 7 days of purchase.
Eligibility
Refund requests are eligible if: submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase; you have not generated more than 50 AI-powered scripts or hooks during the trial period; your account is in good standing with no Terms of Service violations.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refunds: requests made after the 7-day window; renewals of existing subscriptions; accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations; partial months (subscriptions are billed in full-period cycles via Whop).
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
How to Request
To request a refund, log into your Whop account, navigate to your membership, and submit a support request. Include your account email and reason for the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
