Refund Policy

Overview

All purchases of OfferCasting access are processed through Whop.com. This Refund Policy governs refund requests for access to the Platform.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact support and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following are not eligible for refunds: renewals of existing subscriptions; accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations; partial months (subscriptions are billed in full-period cycles).

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of your paid period.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.

How to Request

To request a refund, log into your Whop account, navigate to your membership, and submit a support request. Include your account email and reason for the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
