1. Information We Collect
We collect (a) Account information: your name, email, and membership details from Whop; (b) Usage data: pages visited, agents used, content generated; (c) Instagram account data: username, follower count, post metrics — collected only when you explicitly connect an account; (d) API keys: stored locally in your browser (localStorage) only, never transmitted to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Platform; authenticate your identity via Whop; connect to Instagram on your behalf; display analytics and performance data; communicate with you about your account; prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Data Storage
Workspace data (niche, product, scripts, queue items, analytics) is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite), located in the ENAM (Eastern North America) region. Media assets are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. API keys are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to our servers.
4. Instagram Data
When you connect an Instagram account, we store your account's username, follower count, and access token (encrypted) in D1. We access your account only to publish content and retrieve metrics you have authorized. We comply with Meta's Platform Policies and Data Use Policy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Cloudflare (infrastructure); Meta/Instagram (via Graph API for publishing); Whop (for membership verification); AI providers (Gemini, Google) for content generation — only the prompt you submit is shared, no personal data.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; export your data; withdraw consent for processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through your Whop dashboard.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-platform notice.
