Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: March 15, 2026
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do on the OfferCasting platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Permitted Uses
You may use the Platform to: generate original marketing content for legitimate businesses; connect and publish to Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage; analyze content performance; build and manage content pipelines for clients under your agency plan.
Instagram & Meta Policy Compliance
You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and the Meta Platform Policy at all times. This includes but is not limited to: not automating engagement (likes, follows, comments, DMs); not publishing misleading, deceptive, or prohibited content; not using the Platform to operate accounts that violate Instagram's rules; ensuring all connected accounts have valid user permission for API access.
Prohibited Content
You may not generate or publish: spam or unsolicited commercial messages; hateful, discriminatory, or violent content; sexually explicit content not permitted under Meta's policies; content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights; false or misleading health, financial, or legal claims; content promoting illegal activities.
Account Limits
Your plan determines the number of Instagram accounts you may connect: Starter: 1 account; Pro: 3 accounts; Agency: unlimited accounts. Circumventing plan limits is a violation of this AUP.
AI-Generated Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. Do not publish AI output without human review. Content that violates this AUP is prohibited regardless of whether it was AI-generated.
No Reselling or Sub-Licensing
You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Platform without an explicit written agreement. Agency plans permit use for client management but not resale of the Platform itself.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in a warning; temporary suspension; permanent account termination without refund. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.
